Full Wedding Design & Planning
Planning a wedding is a personal journey. Forever & Ever Events will embark on this journey alongside you throughout the months leading up to your big day. During the journey together, we help steer the client in developing her wedding vision, brainstorm creative options, conceive of the event’s overall design, build a team of trusted suppliers, and take over the administrative tasks while providing unlimited professional advice. We manage all of the logistics in timeline creation and on site management, ensuring that each individual contribution and element on the wedding day is working harmoniously. Throughout this journey, we will have created a wedding that is a reflection of you, your history, your style, and your lives. On the day, the wedding will treat your guests to a story – yours.
Because it is such a personal journey, we find that there is no such thing as a standard wedding planning package. Event Design
Forever & Ever Events are proud to be pioneers in the UK in bringing personal thematic touches to the decor of each wedding. Our Event Design service is a component of our Full Wedding Design & Planning service, or can be provided as a separate service on its own. A La Carte
We have found that some couples need help with discreet tasks as they plan their weddings. We can jump in at any stage to help with your design & wedding planning tasks, such as venue search, supplier sourcing, timeline and budget management, and invitation and decor design. We will commence work at the time that is suitable according to your needs and specifications.
Day-of Coordination
Our day-of coordination service is available to clients who book our Event Design services. We will oversee the design and styling that we have created for your wedding throughout the preceding months and also ensure that all the other logistics that you have planned run smoothly on the day. Your day will be just that – yours!
Destination Weddings
Some of our loveliest weddings have taken place outside the United Kingdom. Forever & Ever Events understands that destination weddings have additional logistics and challenges, and nothing would delight us more than to lead the design & planning for your destination wedding weekend. For destination weddings, we offer Full Wedding Design & Planning services and Full Event Design services.
Photography Add-On
Many couples would love to have other days in their wedding celebrations photographed, but cannot budget for a professional wedding photographer for these extra days on top of the fees for the photography on the wedding day itself. Forever & Ever Events is proud to offer a Photography Add-On service, where we will photograph all of those pretty little details at other wedding-related events, at budget-friendly prices. Fees
Forever & Ever Events creates celebrations that are unique expressions of the couple. Therefore we do not have standardized packages nor publish standardized fees.
